100% PLANT BASED. Made from just 2 INGREDIENTS: corn maize and vegetable oil – that’s it! These innovative bags are developed with a patented formulation allowing the product to naturally decompose completely in 90 days (whether disposed in the trash or composted), just like food or lawn waste. Unlike our product, nearly all other compostable bags can only break down in an industrial compost facility, so they end up hanging around in landfills like regular plastic bags.

Additionally, all of our packaging is made from recycled paper-based material.

What's the point in buying compostable waste bags if they wont compost in the trash and if users rarely bring the used product to a designated composting facility?
Ecoplanet Goods believes in making promises we can keep. We produce plant-based products with the intent to reduce plastic product consumption as well as aid in the reduction of plastic pollution. Our products promote simple yet impactful actions to improve the resiliency, well-being, and health of the planet.
Plant based bioplastics made from sustainable resources help decrease our dependency on petroleum. However if the waste bags are not disposed of in an industrialized composting facility they will contribute to the landfill in a similar way as ordinary plastic bags. What is unique about our bags is that they will break down entirely, whether disposed of in the trash or through composting.
