Cart Racks SC - Wide Grab Bar Kit
For grab bars that are wider than 19” compatible with our golf cart beach chair holder models, including rear-facing back seat configurations like Club Car, Madjax, 2024 Venom Strike, 2025 EZGO, Honor Lsv, MD MakDaddy, Teko plus, Star, and Voyager Explorer. All hardware is included for easy installation. Please email us the cart model, the width of the grab bar, and the length from the top of your grab bar to the middle crossbar. (Note: grab bar not included) This setup works perfectly with our golf cart beach chair rack for a convenient rental experience.

Our design mounts directly onto the rear safety grab bar, allowing it to fold down and lock securely when not in use. This feature means you don’t have to worry about fitting your golf cart or LSV in the garage, your kids accidentally bumping their heads, or someone walking into it. The arms measure 17” long but can extend to 23” to hold more chairs. Locking pins secure the rack either upright or down, effectively controlling the length of the arms. The standard length can comfortably accommodate 2-4 standard chairs, and in the extended setting (two notches from the last), it can hold up to 6 chairs, which is ideal for shorter distances.
The standard kit for our golf cart beach chair rack comes fully assembled and ready for installation. It requires drilling 4 holes into your safety grab bar: 2 holes on each side. The bundle includes two arms, nuts, bolts, washers, 4 lock pins, and a drill bit.
Our Evolution D5 forward-facing kits include everything needed for installation. One bolt connects to the factory female nut, while another self-tapping bolt goes about 2.5” above that. All holes are pre-drilled, and we also provide two nylon bumper plugs in case you ever wish to remove the racks; these plugs can cover the small holes left behind!
Please note that rear safety grab bars are not included; however, they are universal, affordable, and easy to install if you don’t currently have one.
If your grab bars are wider than 17” (like Kandi, Madjax, or Club Car), the racks will attach fine, but your standard beach chair may not be wide enough to fit onto both rungs. In this case, our wide bar kit is available to accommodate those models. Forward-facing carts will utilize cross bars across the rear uprights.
